the Team
Geelong born and raised Nicki Morrison has spent almost 16 years travelling the world as a an Executive Chef and now brings you Sticks & Bones Barbecue!
You will also see Nicki’s brother Ben, Dad Barry and Chef Mark, along with front of house staff.
The flavours are thanks to Blacky the custom-made smoker and Van Morrision the food caravan.
